Acquisition Will Add Leading JCL Management Solutions to ASG’s Workload Management Portfolio
ASG announced its plans to acquire Diversified Software Systems, a leading provider of IBM Job Control Language (JCL) management solutions targeting mainframe operations for data centers. ASG will integrate Diversified Software products and services into ASG’s OpsCentral™ solution platform that focuses exclusively on providing operations management solutions for the streamlined, reliable delivery of production workloads. Updata Capital initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and negotiated the terms of the transaction for Diversified Software.
