Tenebril Acquired by Process Software

Tenebril's Anti-Spyware Software Provides Process Software Customers with a Complete Suite of Security Products

Process Software, a unit of HALO Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: HALO) and supplier of communications software solutions to mission-critical environments, announced it has acquired antispyware pioneer Tenebril. The purchase enables Process Software to bring a powerful and comprehensive spyware detection and prevention solution to customers as part of its portfolio of enterprise security products and services.
