Protiviti's wholly owned government subisidary, Protiviti Government Services, adds Enspier's innovative technology and management consulting services to its suite of business and technology risk consulting and internal audit services. The acquisition broadens Protiviti's offerings to federal, state, local and international government organizations. Enspier's services include identity management, information assurance, public key infrastructures, enterprise analyses, knowledge management, software engineering and management/business operations consulting.
Updata Capital initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor and assisted in the negotiations for Protiviti.
