Versata Acquires Privately-Held Evolutionary Technologies International

Versata Enterprises, a privately-held provider of enterprise business solutions, has announced its agreement to acquire Evolutionary Technologies International (ETI), an enterprise data integration solutions provider.

Versata's acquisition of ETI will enable Versata to enhance its business automation solutions portfolio by incorporating ETI's sophisticated data integration technologies into its product offerings.
