Software M&A Leader Adds Former Bear Stearns, DLA Piper Executive as SVP
Updata Advisors announced that Chase Sanders has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, based in the Reston, Virginia office. Sanders is a seasoned technology M&A advisor with a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate law roles with Bear, Stearns & Co., Montgomery Securities, Hogan & Hartson and DLA Piper where he completed more than 40 capital-raising and M&A transactions with an aggregate value of over $5 billion.
