Versata Enterprises, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire remote IT infrastructure management provider, NUVO Network Management. Versata will purchase NUVO's outstanding shares in an all-cash transaction valued at $0.57 per share, or approximately $17.65 million. The acquisition will benefit customers of NUVO and Versata with increased availability of IT network management solutions and future product expansion. "For NUVO customers, our global scale and enterprise software expertise will enable us to enhance and accelerate product roadmaps and provide more options and services," said Randy Jacops, CEO of Versata Enterprises.
