Based in the Reston, Virginia office, Mr. Strauch heads Updata's Infrastructure Software practice and most recently advised SwapDrive, a leading provider of online backup and storage solutions, in its acquisition by Symantec. Mr. Strauch joined Updata Advisors in 2005 bringing significant experience in both investment banking and in advising high-growth technology companies, having completed more than 50 transactions with aggregate value in excess of $4 billion.
