CIBER Acquires Iteamic

Acquisition Adds Scale And Leadership To CIBER's Portfolio

Colorado-based CIBER, a global systems integrator, announced yesterday that it planned to acquire Bangalore-based Iteamic, a technology solutions and consulting provider with about 200 employees.

Mac Slingerlend, President and CEO of CIBER, said of the deal: "We have been seeking to add both leadership and scale to our Indian operations for a long time. Iteamic has been in business since 2003 and has an excellent model established for offshore delivery of projects generated from the United States."

Updata Advisors initiated the transaction and advised CIBER.
